There pops up notification "You've left the call" while making video or audio call via Skype for Business Web App which drops the connection after 2-3 seconds.
Audio or Video calls between S4B clients working as expected without dropping conversation both internally and externally, but with no way web app conversations couldn't be performed. We have 3 FE servers in Front end pool, and 1 edge server in edge pool. No error found in event viewer related to this problem.
From the Microsoft Support site I see that there was same problem in Lync 2013 server and resolved with May 2015 Cumulative update - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3053028
Can you please assist to investigate this issue?
Best Regards,
Mahir
HI Mahir
Exactly, the same issue you are facing with message: "You've left the call" must be resolved after install the May 2015 Cumulative Update with version: 5.0.8308.887 for Lync Server 2013 Web Components Server. If you have Lync Server 2013 I recomend
you to install the lastest CU published on 7/10/2015 from URL:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36820
Regards.

Hi Carlos,
Thank you for reply. I have Skype for Business 2015 with CU1 installed and have the same problem with s4b web app. May be someone faced with the same problem on S4B 2015 and resolved it somehow?!

Hello Mahir,
Looks like firewall is not allowing communication, its dropping calls 2-3 sec means ICE is not happing before that calls get drop.
Have you all required port on external firewall.
I had same using palo alto network firewall.
